Shipping

The short version

• Standard shipping — flat $9.99 CAD, worldwide · tracked door-to-door, typically 10–20 days after it ships
• Express — $20.00 CAD · your order jumps the packing queue and rides the fastest carrier we can book, typically 7–12 days
• We pack your order in 1–3 business days
• You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse

Ordering for the holidays

Friday December 25 is the whole point of a gift, so here are the honest cut-off dates rather than a vague “order soon”:

• Standard — order by Wednesday December 2. That leaves room for the slowest end of the 10–20 days window.
• Express — order by Thursday December 10. Tighter, but 7–12 days still clears the 31st.

Order after those dates and it very well might still make it — we just won't promise it. A gift that arrives on December 27th is a refund, not a customer.

Where we ship

United States 🇺🇸, Canada 🇨🇦, and the United Kingdom 🇬🇧. That's it for now — we'd rather be fast in three countries than slow in forty.

Customs & import fees

You shouldn't pay any — orders arrive with nothing owed at the door. And if a border agency ever does ask you for an import fee, email the receipt to hello@thewispwood.com and we'll refund every cent of it. The price at checkout is the whole price.

Tracking your order

Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking number. Pop it into our Track Order page any time. If it's been more than 3 business days and no tracking email has landed, check spam first, then email us — we'll chase it down.

Wrong address, package stuck, box arrived looking like it fought a raccoon — email hello@thewispwood.com and a real human will sort it within 24 hours.
